Crisp corn chips with beef chilli topped with melting cheese, sour cream & sliced jalapeños.

Chorizo sausage and melting cheese sandwiched between pan-fried golden flour tortillas served with guacamole and chipotle salsa.

Mozzarella Fingers
Coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden.

Fajitas
Sizzling strips of chicken & beefsteak mixed with bell peppers & onions served with soft flour tortillas and a platter of guacamole, pico de gallo salsa, sour cream, sliced jalapeños & salad.

Sincronizada Marciscos
Tuna, sweetcorn, jalpeno and cheese melt baked in a flour tortilla and served with a Salsa Roja (tomato, onion, garlic and chilli dipping sauce).

Pimentos Rellenos (V)
Roasted bell peppers stuffed with courgettes, red onion, mushrooms and rice bounded in a tomato sauce and topped with melting cheese.

Carnitas
Tender pieces of pork cooked slowly in an orange and star anise liquor, coated in spices then fried until golden brown.
